摘要
以苯并三氮唑和1,5-二溴戊烷为原料,采用传统回流法合成1,5-双(苯并三氮唑)戊烷(BBTP)有机化合物.以自制的柔性1,5-双(苯并三氮唑)戊烷(BBTP)为桥联配体,以卤素离子(X-)或拟卤素离子(SCN-)为第二桥联配体,利用溶剂挥发法与硝酸镉反应成功得到四个镉配合物.通过红外光谱、热重分析等手段对配合物进行了全面的表征.此外,还研究了配体及其配合物对腐皮镰刀真菌生长的抑制作用,结果表明配合物的抑菌活性较配体的强.
        Using benzotriazole and 1,5-dibromopentane as raw material,this experiment produced 1,5-bis(benzotriazole)pentane(BBTP)through the method of reflux.The self-assembly of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O with 1,5-bis(benzotriazole)pentane(BBTP)ligand and halogen ions(X-)or quasi halogen ion(SCN-)produce four Cd(Ⅱ)complexes,which are characterized by IR and TGA.Furthermore,the antibacterial activity of ligand and their complexes on the growth of fusarium solani have been studied.The results showed that complexes have relatively strong antibacterial activity than that of the ligand.
