摘要
进行CFB锅炉的超低排放势在必行。总结了通过优化石灰石活性、粒径、运行温度、配风方式等继续提高炉内脱硫效率的方法。指出采用炉内脱硫与烟气的湿法、半干法、干法脱硫等相结合进行组合脱硫,以进一步降低SO_2排放浓度,同时注意组合脱硫建设和运行策略的优化,是实现低成本CFB超低排放的可行之路。
It is imperative to carry out ultra-low emission of CFB boilers. The method of continuously improving the desulfurization efficiency through optimization of limestone activity,particle size,operating temperature and air distribution mode is summarized. It is pointed out that in-situ desulfurization combined with wet flue gas desulfurization, semi-dry method and dry desulfurization can be used to further reduce SO_2 emission. At the same time attention should be paidto the optimization of the construction and operation strategy of combined desulfurization,which is theavailable pathto realize low emissionsof CFB with low-cost.
