摘要

笔者从事临床推拿过程中,通过认识和掌握穴位的主治特性和作用,逐渐掌握取穴思路,并应用于临床内科治疗中。文章将内科治疗中推拿取穴思路和经验进行总结,按摩取穴需以经络循行为基础,循经辨证,精确选穴;特定穴各具特色,配伍广泛,灵活选穴。并附临证案例以飨同道。
        In the course of clinical massage, the author gradually grasps the idea of acupoints selection and applies it to clinical medical treatment by recognizing and mastering the main characteristics and functions of acupoints. This article summarized the thoughts and experience of massage acupoint selection in medical treatment. The basis of massage acupoints selection is meridian circulation, meridian-based syndrome differentiation, accurate acupoints selection; specific acupoints have their own characteristics, extensive compatibility and flexible acupoints selection. Clinical cases are shared.
