摘要

目前汽车市场竞争激烈,产销量较大,控制产品的单位成本是提升产品竞争力的有效手段。本文从设计前期成本规划和设计阶段的技术手段两个阶段,通过两个工具的和两个具体案例的介绍,论述了如何从设计层面降低车身产品的总体成本,提供了在开发中控制车身产品成本的思路和方法。
        Due to the keen competition and large volume of the vehicle market, the cost management of production is an effective method of enterprise competitive ability improvement. This paper expounds how to control the vehicle body cost from advanced design phase and shows the conception and method of vehicle body cost control by two tools and two cases instruction in project cost scheme stage and production development stage.
