跨境电子商务人才培养策略研究——以成都市为例

摘要
近年来虽然成都市跨境电子商务迅猛发展,但其面临的电子商务人才培养问题却成为制约其进一步发展的瓶颈。解决成都市跨境电商人才培养的难题,需要多方共同努力。高校应建立完善的跨境电子商务人才培养体系;政府应优化产业生态环境、为人才培养提供政策支持;企业内部应创新跨境电子商务人才引进模式及分层培养模式;社会组织应充分发挥纽带作用,探索政校企协同合作机制。
Although Cross-border E-commerce has developed rapidly in Chengdu in recent years,the problem of training e-commerce talents has become a bottleneck restricting its further development. Joint efforts need to be made to solve the problem of Cross-border E-commerce talent training. Colleges and universities should establish a complete training system. The government should optimize the industrial ecological environment and provide policy support for the training. Enterprises should create the talent introduction and hierarchical training models. Social organizations should give full play to the role of ties and explore the cooperated mechanism between government,schools and enterprises.
