集中送风联柜内空气流动与传热特性的CFD模拟

摘要
本文采用双流体改进模型对集中送风联柜内空气的流动与换热特性进行模拟,分析了CFD模拟的陈列柜温度场分布特性,并与测试结果进行了对比分析。对比表明,数值模拟结果与实测结果十分吻合,CFD模拟的结果与实验测试结果的平均偏差和最大偏差的最大值分别是-0.7℃和-2.4℃。说明改进的双流体模型的CFD模拟是成功的。
        A modified two-fluid model was adopted to simulate the air flow and heat transfer for double vertical display cabinet with central air supply. The temperature distribution for double display cabinet was analyzed and the predictions were compared with the experiment results. The Comparisons show that the numerical results agree well with the measurements. The maximum of the average temperature differences and the maximum temperature differences are-0.7 ℃ and-2.4 ℃, respectively. Therefore, the CFD simulation by the modified two-fluid model is successful.
