摘要

目的探讨早期康复护理干预对患者恢复日常生活能力和运动功能,减少脑外伤后遗症的效果。方法选取我院收治的36例脑外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,实施不同的护理方案。一组实施常规护理,另一组实施早期康复护理。结果研究发现,与对照组相比,观察组患者的日常生活能力、运动功能有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者实施早期康复护理干预能够提高患者的生活质量,减少并发症发生的可能,避免疾病致残,适合大力推广。
        Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on recovery of daily living ability and motor function of patients and reduction of sequelae of brain trauma. Methods Thirty-six patients with brain trauma in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups to implement different nursing programs. One group received routine nursing and the other group received early rehabilitation nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the daily living ability and motor function of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the possibility of complications, avoid disability caused by diseases, and is suitable for vigorous promotion.
