摘要
盆腔炎性疾病后遗症是临床常见的妇科疾病,其病程缠绵,迁延难愈,严重影响了女性的正常工作和生活。凌霞教授认为本病的发生与"虚、寒、瘀"关系密切,是以"虚、寒"为主要病理因素,以"瘀"为病机关键。凌霞教授在临床治疗上将本病分为气虚血瘀证和寒湿凝滞证两大类。治疗上以补气健脾,化瘀止痛;温阳除湿,活血化瘀为原则。临床上疗效显著。
        The sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease is a common gynecological disease in clinical practice. Its disease course is lingering and it is difficult to heal, which seriously affects the normal work and life of women. Professor Ling Xia believes that the occurrence of this disease is closely related to "virtual, cold, and blood stasis". It is based on "virtual and cold" as the main pathological factor, and "blood stasis" is the key to the pathogenesis. Therefore, instructor in the clinical treatment of the disease is divided into two categories of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, cold and damp stagnation syndrome. Treatment with invigorate qi and invigorate spleen, removing stasis and relieving pain, warming yang dehumidification, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis as the principle. The clinical effect is significant.
