摘要
对橡胶制品厂密炼工艺所用的废润滑油进行了资源化研究.采用复合溶剂抽提法处理该废润滑油,其处理的工艺条件为:复合溶剂为正己烷:异丙醇=1:7,剂油比为4:1,抽提温度为25℃,搅拌时间20 min,静置时间30 min.经该工艺处理的废润滑油资源回收率达到90.6%,溶剂的回收率达到93.1%.为让回收溶剂能有效的重复使用,采用近红外光谱建模的方法,准确快速的测定了回收溶剂中各组份的含量,并按量对各组分进行补充,让其回到复合溶剂的最佳配比,从而确保了废润滑油处理工艺的稳定性.
The recycling of waste lubricating oil used in the rubber factory's mixing process is studied. The waste lubricating oil is treated by a composite solvent extraction method, and the processing conditions are as follows: the composite solvent is n-hexane: isopropanol = 1:7, the ratio of the agent to the oil is 4:1, the extraction temperature is25°C, and the stirring time is 20 min, standing for 30 min. The recovery rate of waste lubricating oil is as high as 90.6%,and the recovery rate of the solvent is as high as 93.1%. In order to effectively recycle the recovered solvent, the method of near-infrared spectroscopy modeling is used to accurately and quickly determine the content of each component in the recovered solvent, and to replenish the components according to the amount, and return it to the composite solvent.The best ratio composite solvent ensures the stability of the waste lubricant treatment process.
