试管婴儿双胎及自然受孕双胎的临床结局分析

摘要
目的探究试管婴儿双胎与自然受孕双胎的临床结局。方法于2011年1月~2016年6月,选取该阶段内收治的50例试管婴儿双胎妊娠孕产妇和150例自然受孕双胎孕产妇作为此次研究的对象,分别设置为观察组、对照组,对两组孕产妇的临床资料进行分析,比较两组孕产妇的分娩方式、妊娠期间并发症发生情况,并对两组新生儿的出生时体格发育情况、出生缺陷发生情况、围生期并发症情况进行比较。结果两组孕产妇的剖宫产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且两组孕产妇妊娠期间除妊高症、糖尿病以外的各种并发症发生情况进行比较,差异也均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组新生儿的出生时体格发育情况、出生缺陷发生情况、围生期并发症情况进行比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论试管婴儿双胎妊娠与自然受孕双胎妊娠的母婴结局基本相当,并不会增加妊娠不良结局、出生缺陷的风险,但在妊娠期孕产妇的血压、血糖可能会出现波动,需要予以重视。
Objective To compare the maternal and perinatal outcomes of twin pregnancies conceived by in vitro fertilization( IVF) with outcomes of spontaneous twin pregnancies. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in Department of reproduction,Shenyang 204 Hospital from January 2011 to June 2016. A total of 200 cases with twin pregnancies were selected as the research subjects,among them,50 cases with twin pregnancies conceived by in vitro fertilization( as the observation group),and 150 cases with spontaneous twin pregnancies( as the control group). The maternal age,gestation length,modes of delivery,pregnancy complications and neonatal physical development,birth defects and perinatal diseases were compared. Results The cesarean section rate of pregnant women in two groups,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05); during pregnancy,in addition to pregnancy induced hypertension,diabetes,the incidence of complications of pregnant women between the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The physical development,birth defects and perinatal complications were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). Conclusions the maternal and perinatal outcomes of twin pregnancies conceived by in vitro fertilization( IVF) with outcomes of spontaneous twin pregnancies is basically equivalent. Twin pregnancies conceived by in vitro fertilization does not increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcome and birth defects,but the blood pressure and blood glucose in pregnant women may fluctuate,need to be paid attention to.
