摘要
积分非线性(INL)和微分非线性(DNL)是数据转换器(ADC)最重要的参数之一,在高速、高动态性能数据转换器中尤其重要,对高分辨率成像应用中具有重要意义。论文简要回顾了这两个参数的定义,并系统性阐述一种非常用的正弦波测量高速模数转换器(ADC)的INL/DNL的方法。
DNL and INL are two of the most important parameters for ADC,especially important in ADC with high speed andhigh dynamic performance,and have important meaning in the application of high resolution imaging. This paper briefly reviews thedefinitions of these two parameters,and elaborates systematically on an uncommon method of testing parameters of high speed ADCusing sinewave.
