影响医学本科实习生参加临床教学活动频率的因素探讨

摘要
目的探讨影响临床医学本科实习生参加临床教学活动频率的因素及提高方法。方法随机抽取在武汉某大学附属医院实习的91名临床医学本科实习生进行问卷调查。结果在各项调查因素中,科室互动式临床教学活动的频率、临床实习氛围的满意度等对实习生参加临床教学活动频率的影响有统计学意义。结论可以通过带教教师在临床教学活动中的引导以及采用互动式的教学模式提高实习生参加临床教学活动的频率。
Objective The investigation is designed to explore the influential factors on participation frequency of interns in clinical teaching activities and find ways to improve it. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 91 clinical medical undergraduate interns in a hospital affiliated to a university in Wuhan. Results Among each factor in the investigation,the influences of the frequency of interactive teaching activities in clinical departments and the satisfaction of clinical practice atmosphere,etc. on participation frequency of interns in clinical teaching activities were statistically significant. Conclusion It is possible to increase the participation frequency of interns in clinical teaching activities via the guidance of clinical teachers and the applying of interactive teaching models.
