摘要
矿井火灾具有发展迅猛、灭火和救护困难的特点,控制矿井火灾扩大对煤矿安全生产十分重要。利用火灾时期风流控制理论及方法,对五家沟煤矿主运输系统的控风系统进行了改进,确定了增设的风门、风窗和传感器的安设位置及数量;将主运输系统划分成5个区域,以2个区域为例提出了火灾时期控风步骤及逃生避灾路线;利用仿真系统,以主斜井为例,对控风措施进行模拟,分析了风门开闭前后主要巷道风量的变化情况,发现控风措施能够起到阻止火灾影响范围扩大的作用。
Develop rapidly, fire extinguish and rescue difficultly are the characteristics of mine fire,controlling fire enlarge is important for mine safety production. Based on airflow control theory and method in mine fire, control airflow system of main transportation system in Wujiagou coal mine is improved, the setting position and number of added air door, air window and sensors are determined;the main transportation system is divided into five areas, control airflow steps and routes for avoiding disaster are presented on mine fire moment-taking two areas as example; based on simulation system,control airflow measures is simulated-with main inclined shaft as example, the air volume change situation of main roadways are analyzed when the existing condition of air door change, its analyzing results show that control airflow measures can prevent the enlarge of fire influence scope.
