摘要
本文介绍了核磁共振氢谱在阿司匹林合成实验中的应用,学生查阅相关文献,自主设计合成路线,并通过核磁共振氢谱对原料、粗产物、精制产物定性表征以及定量分析,实现有机波谱理论和药物合成实验的结合,激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生科研能力,对改进教学效果具有重要意义。
        The application of nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in the synthesis of aspirin was introduced. Students were consulted with relevant literature and self-designed synthetic routes. The qualitative characterization and quantitative analysis of raw materials, crude products and refined products by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy were realized. The combination of spectral theory and drug synthesis experiments have stimulated students' interest in learning and cultivated students' scientific research ability, which is of great significance for improving the teaching quality.
