土地戈登菌致血流感染1例

<正>土地戈登菌(Gordonia terrae)是一种需氧、无动力、生长缓慢的革兰阳性杆菌,弱抗酸染色阳性,其广泛存在于自然界及医院环境中[1]。随着检测技术的提高,国内外有关土地戈登菌引起人类感染的报道逐渐增多,可引起脓肿、腹膜炎、血流感染和导管相关性血流感染等疾病[2]。本文报道1例白血病化疗期间发热的患者,其血培养中分离出土地戈登菌。
