摘要
[目的]建立气相色谱-质谱联用法分离测定驱蚊产品中萨利麝香、葵子麝香、酮麝香、佳乐麝香、吐纳麝香、二甲苯麝香6种合成麝香定性定量的分析方法。[方法]采用TG-1MS,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm毛细柱和质谱(EI离子源)检测器,同时测定试样中6种合成麝香的含量。[结果] 6种合成麝香(萨利麝香、葵子麝香、酮麝香、佳乐麝香、吐纳麝香、二甲苯麝香)在1.0~100 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数R为0.9927~0.9987;方法检出限(3S/N)为0.015~0.052 mg/L;定量限(10S/N)为0.049~0.173 mg/L;相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.6%~1.9%;平均回收率为81.3%~107.2%。[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定驱蚊产品中6种合成麝香的含量。
        [Aims] The GC-MS method for simultaneous determination of six synthetic musk compounds(sally musk, sunflawer musk, keton musk, musk xylene, galaxolide and tonalide) in mosquito repellent products was established. [Methods] The sample was analyzed with TG-1 MS 30 m×0.25 mm× 0.25 μm column and GC-MS(ion source) detector, while the six species of synthetic musk compounds were detected. [Results] The linear relationship was good when the concentrations of six synthetic musk compounds ranged from 1.0 to 100 mg/L, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9927-0.9987, the limit of detection was 0.015-0.052 mg/L, the limit of quantitation was0.049-0.173 mg/L, the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0.6-1.9%, the average recoveries were 81.3-107.2%.[Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, convenient, good separation, high precision and accuracy. It could be used in the simultaneous determination of six synthetic musk compounds in mosquito repellent products.
