“逆灸”非保健灸考辨

摘要
多部教材专著认为保健灸古称"逆灸",提倡无病先灸。然据笔者考证,"逆灸"既有未病先迎更兼错乱妄灸之义,所涉病证仅限新生儿痉病和霍乱两者,然古代医家从其有效性与安全性考量,皆强调须"戒"之。以逆灸为例探讨现代灸法养生的适用性,以期对其规范化实践提供理论依据。
Health moxibustion has been promoted as "Preventive moxibustion" in many textbooks and monographs. While according to the results of the textual research, "Preventive moxibustion" not only has the meaning of pre-moxibustion before illness but also refers to incorrect unnecessary moxibustion. Meanwhile, "Preventive moxibustion" are not available in the treatment of both the neonatal and the cholera in terms of ancient physicians for negative attitude, so it has been less recognized as the health moxibustion for the validity and safety. With "Preventive Moxibustion" as the case, the health preserving applicability of modern moxibustion has been in research to provide theoretical basis for the standard practice in health preserving moxibustion.
