社区居民药膳食疗认知度调查研究——以北京市市区为例

摘要
目的:了解社区居民对药膳、食疗的认识及食用药膳情况,为更好地规范相关药膳、食疗产业提供支持依据。方法:采用问卷调查的方法对北京市社区居民进行药膳、食疗相关内容认知度调查。结果:社区居民对食疗药膳养生保健功能认可度高,但药膳、食疗相关知识欠缺,特别是药膳制作、药食同源物品及是否加入有毒中药等方面。结论:社区居民对药膳食疗保健有较好的市场需求,但药膳食疗相关知识,特别是与药膳密切相关的知识仍处于缺乏科学教育阶段,相关机构团体应大力开展社区药膳食疗知识宣传活动,并引导药膳服务产业走上正轨。
Objective: To understand the community residents on medicated diet and diet therapy awareness and the situation of consumption of medicinal cuisine, to provide support basis for better regulate the relevant medicinal diet, diet therapy industry. Methods: Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the cognition of related contents of medicated diet and diet therapy among the residents in Beijing. Results: Community residents recognized high on medicinal cuisine and health care functions, but there is still the absence of knowledge of medicated diet and diet therapy, in particular, the production of medicated diet, medicine and food homologous items, whether or not to add toxic herbal medicine, etc. Conclusion: Beijing community residents have a good market demand for medicated diet health. However, the knowledge of medicated diet and diet therapy,especially the knowledge related to medicated diet, is still lack of scientific education; Related organizations should vigorously carry out community activities to publicize the knowledge of diet therapy, at the same time, to guide the diet service industry on track.
