摘要
党参(Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.)Nannf.)是我国常见的药用植物之一,具有多种营养价值和功效,有很高的研究价值。其中,潞党参为山西长治的道地药材。本研究对从潞党参根际土分离出的一株产ACC脱氨酶细菌M01菌株进行产酶能力测定,通过形态特征、生理生化、16S rDNA序列测定与系统发育树构建,将其鉴定为Pseudomonas brassicacearum;并对其进行产生长素、产嗜铁素、溶磷能力测定,发现该菌株具有产生长素、产嗜铁素和溶磷能力。以上研究表明M01菌株具有多种促生长特性,该菌株为今后微生物肥料的开发提供了潜力菌株。
        Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.) Nannf.is a common traditional medicine that has many nutritional value and efficacy. Lu Codonopsis pilosula is a medicinal herb of changzhi. In this study, we determined the production capacity of ACC deaminase, IAA, siderophore and the ability of phosphate solubilization of bacterium M01 strain isolated from the rhizosphere soil of Codonopsis pilosula. It was identified as Pseudomonas brassicacearum based on morphological, physiological-biochemical properties,16 s r DNA sequence and phylogenic tree analysis. The results showed that strain M01 has many growth promoting characteristics, so this strain can be used as one of the potential strains for the development of microbial fertilizer.
