摘要
研究中低压电网的功率协调有利于电网内日前调度决策的制订。基于低压电网的主动性及调度权限部分转移,建立了省地联合调度模型。在此基础上,针对低压配电网内各元件及传输联络线的功率特性,构建了综合决策目标及约束模型,并通过遗传算法进行目标寻优。通过对标准节点系统的仿真,验证计及省地联合调度下的分层功率协调,能有效利用中低压不同层级电网的功率特性,提高全网调度的可靠性、经济型和灵活性。而模式的提出可以为中低压电网日前的调度决策提供有效参考。
        Research on power coordination among low and medium-voltage power networks is helpful to days-ahead dispatch decision-making for the power network. Based on the initiative and partial transfer of dispatching right of the low-voltage power network, a model was established for combined dispatch at the provincial and prefectural levels. Furthermore, a model was set up for composite decision-making objects and constraints under consideration of the power characteristics of the components and transmission link line of the low-voltage distribution network, and object optimization was completed according to the genetic algorithm. Simulation of the standard node system proved that the hierarchical power coordination under consideration of combined dispatch at the provincial and prefectural levels could improve the reliability, economical efficiency and reliability of dispatch over the whole network by effectively utilizing the power characteristics of different levels of low and medium networks. The proposed mode could provide effective reference for days-ahead dispatch decision-making for low and medium-voltage power networks.
