摘要
针对多级合成结构,分析了几个主要误差对偏振合成效率的影响,具体计算了合成效率随直径偏差、功率失衡、偏振度的变化规律。数值模拟结果表明,当两束光直径与功率完全相同时具有最大的合成效率,随着两束光直径和功率的偏差增大合成效率都会降低,相对而言合成效率对功率失衡的容差更大,当功率失衡为10%时,合成效率下降0.06%。结果表明I型结构具备向多链路拓展的可行性。
        For multistep combining structure,the influences of several main errors on polarization beam combining efficiency are analyzed. Using the numerical method the change rules of the combining efficiency with diameter deviation,power imbalance and polarization purity and are calculated. The results show that the highest combining efficiency can be achieved when the diameter and power of two unit beam are identical. Combination efficiency decreases with the increasing of diameter deviation and power imbalance of the two beams. Relatively combining efficiency has a larger tolerance for power imbalance,which decreased by 0.06% when power imbalance is 10%. I-cascade structure is powerful in extensibility.
