摘要
针对灰铸铁缸体的切削加工性能差问题,结合笔者公司实际生产情况,通过采取改善缸体表面光洁度,优化毛坯加工余量,改进炉料配比及孕育工艺,调整化学成分等一系列措施,使灰铸铁缸体切削加工性能达到进口缸体水平。
In view of the problem of the poor machining performance of gray iron cylinder block,combining with the actual production situation of the author's company,a series of measures were adopted to make the cutting machinability of the gray iron cylinder block reach the level of the imported cylinder block,such as improving the surface smoothness of the cylinder block,optimizing the rough machining allowance,ameliorating the ratio of charge and inoculation process,adjusting the chemical composition and so on.
