基于激光技术的滴灌产品快速成型系统设计

摘要
为了改善现有方法设计的滴灌产品成型质量不佳的问题,提出了基于激光技术的滴灌产品快速成型系统设计方法,该方法在考虑滴灌产品激光加工快速成型的性能和成本要求基础上,采用最前沿的数控技术、选择性激光熔化快速成型装置和PC机+运动控制器相结合的方案实现了系统总体设计;采用CAD技术设计滴灌产品的三维实体模型,并选取Pro-E软件作为系统软件结构,为模型添加了辅助支撑,同时依据逐层累加或逐层减去原理,将模型转化为数据模型,在完成辅助支撑设计后,即可实现模型数据格式转化,形成系统PC机控制器默认识别的数据格式,将模型制作成实物并做后续处理。测试结果显示,光功率不变时,激光加工扫描速度和扫描间距的改变均会对滴灌产品成型质量产生较大影响;在不改变扫描速度和扫描间距,只单纯增加光功率的情况下无法带来良好的滴灌产品成型质量,测试结果为改善滴灌产品成型质量不佳的问题提供了有效指导。
        In order to improve the poor molding quality of drip irrigation products designed by the existing methods,the design method of rapid prototyping system for drip irrigation products based on laser technology is proposed.On the basis of considering the performance and cost requirements of laser rapid prototyping for drip irrigation products,this method adopts the most advanced numerical control technology. The scheme of combination of selective laser melting rapid prototyping device and motion controller of PC machine realizes the overall design of the system,adopts CAD technology to design the 3 D solid model of drip irrigation products,and selects Pro-E software as the software structure of the system. Auxiliary support is added to the model,and the model is added to the model according to the principle of layer by layer accumulation or subtraction. After completing the auxiliary support design,the data format of the model can be transformed,and the data format recognized by the system PC controller can be formed by default,and the model is made into a physical object and processed in the future. The test results show that when the optical power is constant,the changes of laser scanning speed and scanning spacing will have a great impact on the molding quality of drip irrigation products,and the scanning speed and the scanning distance will not be changed. Only increasing optical power can not bring about good molding quality of drip irrigation products. The test results provide effective guidance for improving the poor molding quality of drip irrigation products.
