摘要
知识型员工是企业竞争力的核心所在,他们对企业的发展起着至关重要的作用,研究知识型员工的激励,能够更好地提升企业竞争力。文章通过对我国当前企业在知识型员工激励模式上存在的不足来探讨企业知识型员工激励模式改进分析,并提出了针对性的建议。
Knowledge workers are the core of enterprise competitiveness.They play a vital role in the development of enterprises.Researching the incentives of knowledge workers can better enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper explored the improvement of the incentive model of enterprise knowledge workers through the shortcomings of the current enterprise's incentive model for knowledge workers,and put forward targeted suggestions.
