摘要
大型高精度目标跟踪转台主要用来模拟导引头、雷达等探测设备的目标运动特性,测试探测设备的跟随特性,是航空、航天领域重要的半实物仿真设备。首先介绍了转台的工作原理、控制系统硬件组成,然后将永磁直流力矩电机的数学模型和转台的动力学方程结合,建立了转台的数学模型,在此基础上提出了基于PID控制器的三环控制系统,实验研究表明该系统在技术要求范围内满足双十指标。
The large-size and high-precision target tracking turntable is mainly used for simulating the target motion characteristics of seeker?radar and other detection equipment?and testing the following performance of the detection equipment.It is an important facility for semi-physical simulation in the field of aeronautics and astronautics.In this paper?the working principle of the turntable and the hardware composition of the control system are introduced.Then?the mathematical model of the turntable is established by combining the mathematical model of the permanent magnet DC torque motor with the dynamic equation of the turntable.On this basis?a three-loop control system based on the PID controller is proposed.Simulation experiments show that the system meets the specifications within the technical requirement range.
