The serum adiponectin and intramscular fat content, and FAS and HSL activity of health Huainan and Landrace pigs with 45 dage,90 dage,135 dage and 180 dage were detected to explore development difference in fat metabolic enzymes and serum adiponectin between Huainan and Landrace pigs. Results:The intramscular fat content of the same pig variety increases with increase of day age and the intramscular fat content of Huainan pigs is higher than Landrace pigs under the same day age(P<0.05).The serum diponectin content of the same pig variety increases with increase of day age and the serum diponectin content of the same pig variety with 135 dage and 180 dage is higher than the same pig variety with 45 dage significantly. The FAS and HSL content in fat tissue of Huainan and Landrace pigs increases with increase of day age and the FAS and HSL content in fat tissue of Huainan and Landrace pigs with 180 dage is the highest. The variation trend of adiponectin and fat metabolic enzymes increases with increase of day age, which indicates that the fat deposition capacity of pigs increases with increase of day age.
