坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法对卵巢早衰患者性激素水平的影响

摘要
目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合激素替代疗法在卵巢早衰患者治疗中的临床应用效果。方法选择2016年12月～2018年10月本院收治的卵巢早衰患者70例,使用随机数表法将所有患者分为两组,各35例。对照组采用激素替代法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以坤泰胶囊治疗,比较两组性激素水平、血脂水平变化情况及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后两组性激素水平中E2水平均升高,FSH及LH水平均有所降低,同时血脂水平中两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均降低,HDL-C水平均升高,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组(均P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对卵巢早衰患者采用坤泰胶囊与激素替代疗法联合治疗方式可有效帮助其改善血清性激素、血脂水平,同时加快各相关症状的好转,临床疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effects of Kuntai capsule combined with hormone replacement therapy in treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods 70 patients with premature ovarian failure in the hospital from December 2016 to October 2018 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by random number table, with 35 cases in each group. Control group was given hormone replacement therapy, while observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule based on control group. The sex hormone level, blood lipid level and clinical curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the level of E2 in the sex hormone levels of two groups increased, the levels of FSH and LH in two groups decreased, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C in the blood lipid levels of two groups decreased, and the HDL-C levels in two groups increased, and the changing range of observation group was larger than that of control group(P < 0.05); The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with hormone replacement therapy in treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure can improve the levels of sex hormone and blood lipid, accelerate the recovery of symptoms, and have definite clinical efficacy.
