中药泡浴经验方治疗婴儿渗出型湿疹疗效观察

摘要
目的观察中药泡浴经验方治疗婴儿渗出型湿疹的疗效。方法选取医院收治的渗出型湿疹患儿280例,按治疗方法不同分为3组,经验组120例采用经验外洗方剂泡浴,激素组80例采用曲安奈德乳膏外擦,联合组80例采用经验外洗方剂泡浴联合曲安奈德乳膏外擦,比较3组治疗3 d、7 d治愈率、总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果经验组和联合组治疗3 d、7 d治愈率和总有效率高于激素组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经验组与联合组治疗3 d、7 d治愈率和总有效率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组均未发生严重不可耐受的不良反应。结论中药泡浴经验方治疗婴儿渗出型湿疹效果好,明显优于曲安奈德乳膏外擦,且不必联合使用激素,安全性高。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine bubble bath on infants with exudative eczema.Methods 280 children with exudative eczema admitted to the hospital were selected,and they were divided into 3 groups according to the different treatment methods,the experience group(120 cases)used the experiential external cleaning agent bubble bath,the hormone group(80 cases)used the triamcinolone cream external rubbing,and the combined group(80 cases)used the experiential external washing agent bubble bath and the triamcinolone cream external rubbing,the cure rate,total effective rate and adverse reactions of the 3 groups were compared at 3 and 7 days after treatment.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the experience group and the combined group were higher than those of the hormone group at 3 and 7 days,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the cure rate and total effective rate between the experience group and the combined group at 3 and 7 days(P>0.05).No serious intolerable adverse reactions occurred in all three groups.Conclusion The effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine bubble bath experience prescription in the treatment of infants with exudative eczema is good,obviously better than the external rubbing of triamcinolone acetonide,and it is not necessary to use hormones in combination,the safety is high.
