摘要
目的:探讨白细胞介素-16(IL-16)在活动期和缓解期的激素耐药型肾病综合征(SRNS)患儿的外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中表达水平及其临床意义。方法:收集2013年2月~2015年3月在广州市第一人民医院儿科住院的患儿15例,将这15例SRNS患儿根据治疗过程分为活动期和缓解期,20例健康儿童作为对照组,比较分析各组IL-16与24h尿蛋白含量之间的相互关系。结果:活动期和缓解期比较,以及活动期和对照组比较,活动期NS患儿IL-16浓度均明显升高(P<0.05);活动期SRNS患儿外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)IL-16浓度水平与24h尿蛋白定量呈明显正相关。结论:IL-16在SRNS的发病中起一定作用,SRNS患儿活动期IL-16表达水平明显上调,缓解期回复正常水平;IL-16浓度水平与SRNS患儿蛋白尿严重程度密切相关。
        Objective:To investigate the clinical significance and expression of interleukin-16(IL-16)in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of children with steroid-responsive nephritic syndrome(SRNS)during its remission induction and consolidate maintenance phase.Methods:15 cases of hospitalized children from February 2013 to March 2015 in guangzhou city first people's hospital of pediatrics.Divided the 15 cases of children into active stage group and remission group according to the phase of SRNS treatment,20 cases of healthy children as control group.Analyzed and compared the interrelation between IL-16 and 24 hurine protein in each group.Results:By comparing active stage group and remission group,meanwhile comparing active stage group and the control group,children with IL-16 concentrations were significantly higher(P<0.05).Remission group children with SRNS peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)IL-16 levels and 24 hurinary protein were significantly positively related to quantitative.Conclusion:IL-16 plays some roles in the onset of SRNS.The IL-16 expression levels of SRNS children in active stage treatment were significantly higher,then back to normal levels during the remission stage;IL-16 levels are closely associated with children with SRNS proteinuria severity.
