摘要
在灌区水资源综合效益分析中,利用基于高维降维技术的投影寻踪模型进行了研究,为提高投影寻踪模型的准确度与可靠性利用生物群体智能算法进行优化;然后在此基础上分别从社会、经济、生态效益的3个方面构建了指标体系并提出了相应的分类标准。以辽阳灌区为例对其水资源综合效益利用优化的模型进行研究,并分析了各指标对评价结果的影响程度。研究表明:2015年的辽阳灌区水资源综合效益属于Ⅲ级,优化后的投影寻踪模型在研究分析灌区水资源综合效益时表现出较强的适用性与可行性。研究成果可为水资源管理规划提供一定参考。
In comprehensive benefits analysis of irrigation area water resources,the projection pursuit model based on high dimension and reduce dimension technology was used to paper,in order to increase the accuracy and dependability,the biological Swarm Intelligence Algorithms were adopted to optimize of projection pursuit model; then,to construct the index system from three respects of society,economy and ecological benefits,and corresponding category division standards were put forward based on this.Taking the Liaoyang irrigation area as the example,this paper researched the optimal model of water resources comprehensive benefits use,and analyzed the impact degree of each index on the evaluation results. The results show that the comprehensive benefits of Liaoyang irrigation area water resources in 2015 belong to grade Ⅲ, and optimized projection pursuit model appears strong suitability and feasibility when analyzing the comprehensive benefits of irrigation area water resources. The researched results may supply a certain reference for water resources management planning.
