摘要

在归纳分析南方灌区特点和发展趋势的基础上,结合灌区现代化内涵,提出南方灌区现代化发展总体要求。围绕供水、配水、田间生态灌排水、信息化和体制建设等方面,给出了新的工程布局思路和想法,并对灌区现代化建设推进措施提出了建议。
        On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the characteristics and developing trend of Southern Irrigation district and combining with the connotation of modernization irrigation district, this paper puts forward the general requirements for the development of modernization of irrigation district in southern China. New ideas are presented around the construction of the water supply, water distribution, Ecological irrigation and drainage in the field, information and management system. Some suggestions on the measures to promote the modernization of irrigation district are given.
