摘要
火山岩储层测井综合解释精度直接影响储层评价的准确性、进而影响储量计算结果。在本次QC小组活动中,通过设定目标、目标可行性分析、原因分析,确定出了影响目标的要因、并制订了相应的解决对策。通过两次PDCA循环,最终使孔隙度计算结果与岩心分析值之间的平均相对误差控制在3.7%。
The logging interpretation accuracy of volcanic reservoirs directly affects the accuracy of reservoir evaluation and further affects the calculation result of reserves. Using the QC method, the main reasons that affect the comprehensive interpretation precision of the reservoir are determined by setting the target, the feasibility analysis of the target and the reason analysis, and the corresponding countermeasures are made. Through two PDCA cycles, the average relative error between the calculation result and the core analysis value of porosity is lower than 3.7%.
