摘要
目的:该文主要对辽宁地区火绒草药材及其生长土壤中的重金属含量进行评价研究,为建立火绒草药材的质量评价标准及安全用药提供参考依据。方法:对17个地区火绒草样本及土壤进行测定。采用电感藕合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)法、原子分光光度法和原子荧光光谱法对药材中及产地土壤中铅、砷、汞、镉、铜进行测定。结果:辽宁省本溪、鞍山、大连产地以及河北产地火绒草药材铅元素含量超出标准,多数产地火绒草药材中镉元素含量超出标准;土壤中只有汞元素含量超出标准。结论:火绒草重金属含量基本达到《药用植物及制剂出口绿色行业标准》的相应要求,土壤中重金属含量也能达到国家土壤环境质量标准。但部分产地野生火绒草中铅与镉重金属含量超出标准,这与药材的生长环境、采收加工等因素密切相关,因此应选择生长环境中铅与镉含量较低的地区进行药材的采摘或规范化种植与加工。
        Objective To analyze samples of L. leontopodioides collected from different geographical areas of Liaoning and determinate the content of heavy metals in herbs and soil;put forward the quality evaluation standard;provide reliable basis for safe medication. Methods:The herb samples and soil samples from 17 production areas were measured. ICP-MS,AAS and AES were used to measure the content of Pb,Cd,Cu,Hg,As in herb and soil. Results:The contents of Pb in L. leontopodioides from Benxi,Anshan,Dalian of Liaoning province and Hebei province exceeded by the standard;the contents of Cd in L. leontopodioides from most areas were higher than the standard. Only the contents of Hg in the soil exceeded the standard. Conclusion:The contents of heavy metals in L. leontopodioides met the requirements of Green Industry Standard for the Export of Medicinal Plants and Preparations,and the contents of heavy metals in soil could meet the national soil environmental quality standard. But the contents of Pb and Cd in herbs from part of the areas exceeded the standard,and it was closely related to the growth environment,harvest processing and other factors. Therefore,it is necessary to select the areas with low Pb and Cd in the growth environment to harvest or standardize the planting and processing.
