摘要
为了解新疆马链球菌马亚种流行株的分子特性和遗传变异情况,对2017年采集的病马淋巴组织进行病原分离培养、生化鉴定和药敏试验,并对该分离菌株的SeM基因进行了PCR扩增和测序分析。同时,将该分离株与本实验室2013—2017年分离的10个分离株的SeM基因与国外分离株构建系统进化树。结果表明,成功分离鉴定了马链球菌马亚种ZZM17-1株,该菌株对阿莫西林、环丙沙星、克林霉素、多西环素、庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星、四环素、磺胺甲恶唑、利福平、诺氟沙星、土霉素、头孢噻呋、磺胺嘧啶钠和恩诺沙星等14种药物敏感,对青霉素和氨苄西林表现明显的耐药。基于SeM的系统进化树表明新疆地区马链球菌马亚种分离株分别属于Ⅰ群和Ⅳ群。该结果丰富了国内马链球菌马亚种的基因数据,为本地区开展马腺疫的防治提供了理论依据。
        To understand the molecular characteristic and genetic evolution of the epidemic strain of Streptococcus equi subsp.equi in Xinjiang, the lymph nodes of horse infected with suspected strangles in 2017 were collected for bacterium culture,biochemical identification and microbial susceptibility test,then the SeM gene was amplified by PCR and sequenced.The SeM genes of 10 isolates in our laboratory from 2013—2017 and those from other countries were used to construct phylogenetic trees.The results showed that S.equi subsp.equi strain ZZM17-1 was successfully isolated and this isolate was sensitive to fourteen microbiotics including amoxicillin,ciprofloxacin,clindamycin,doxycycline,gentamicin,levofloxacin,tetracycline,sulfamethoxazole,rifampicin,norfloxacin,oxytetracycline,ceftiofur,sulfadiazine sodium and enrofloxacin,but was apparently resistant to penicillin and ampicillin.Phylogenetic analysis based on Se M revealed that Xinjiang isolates belong to 2 different gene groups,Ⅰand Ⅳ group.This result provides theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of strangles in this area.
