摘要
针对外排污水磷含量超标问题,分析认为磷主要来源于气化灰水分散剂。采用气化外排灰水加低磷分散剂,系统内加常规灰水分散剂,成功解决外排污水磷超标问题。该方法与全部使用无磷灰水分散剂相比,不影响气化灰水运行状态,但显著降低了药剂费用。
Concerning that phosphorus content in discharged sewage was higher than that specified in standard, the analysis found that the phosphorus mainly came from dispersing agent in gray water from gasification process. This problem was successfully solved by using low phosphorus dispersing agent in gray water that was discharged outside the gasification system, and normal dispersing agent inside the gasification system. Compared with non-phosphorus dispersing agent totally used, this method would bring no impact on gray water operation, whereas the cost of dispersing agent was greatly reduced.
