理事长的结构型社会资本与农民合作社经营绩效的灰色关联研究——基于新疆地区的实证

摘要
本文基于新疆12个地区32位农民合作社理事长的调查,获取相关数据,运用描述性统计以及灰色关联分析的方法对理事长的结构型社会资本与合作社经营绩效的关联度展开研究。研究结果表明,理事长的结构型社会资本与农民合作社的经营绩效之间的灰色关联度系数均大于0.7,理事长的外部网络位置对于农民合作社经营绩效的影响最为重大,其次是理事长的网络中心性。因此要想提高合作社的经营绩效,必须重视理事长的结构型社会资本的培育,从合作社内部和外部两个方面进行全面的构建。
Based on the investigation of 32 chairmen of farmers' cooperatives in 12 regions of Xinjiang,the relevant data are collected.The correlation between the structural social capital of the chairman and the operating performance of the cooperatives is analyzed with the methods of descriptive statistics and grey correlation analysis.The results show that the coefficients of gray relation between the structural social capital of the chairman and the operating performance of cooperatives are greater than 0.7.The influence of the location of the chairman in the external network on the operating performance of the cooperatives is greatest,which is followed by the network centricity of the chairman.In order to improve the operating performance of the cooperatives,the structural social capital of the chairman must be cultivated and it should be built from the interior and exterior of the cooperatives.
