公式赋权-灰色模糊评价法的构建与应用

摘要
为了解决工程评价中信息不完全和不确定因素较多的问题,基于已有的工程指标体系,利用公式赋权法确定各指标的权重,根据灰色聚类方法和模糊评价方法的互补性,利用三角白化权函数将专家评判信息白化,通过灰色聚类方法构造出模糊隶属度矩阵,采用模糊算法进行指标体系的综合评价,从而形成一种基于公式赋权-灰色模糊评价法的风险评价方法。该方法将主观与客观相结合,为工程事件的综合评价提供了一种新的思路。
        In order to solve the problem of incomplete information and uncertain factors in engineering evaluation,formula empowerment method was used to determine the weight of each index. According to the complementarity of grey clustering method and fuzzy evaluation method, a triangular whitening weight function was used to whiten the judgement of experts, fuzzy degree matrix was constructed by grey clustering method, and fuzzy algorithm was used to comprehensively evaluate the indicator system. Therefore, a formula-grey fuzzy method was constructed, which combined subjectivity with objectivity, and provided a new way of comprehensive evaluation for engineering events.
