摘要
针对榆家梁煤矿43202工作面开采的43煤层属Ⅱ类自燃煤层,最短自然发火期88 d;工作面回采过程中,运输巷侧采用沿空留巷技术,采空区过风区域进一步扩大;针对工作面上覆42煤层采空区距离近等问题,通过采用工作面和采空区气体监测等措施对43202工作面推采过程中相关参数进行测定、研究和分析,制定了注惰气防火、注浆防火、注胶(膏)体防火、采空区堵漏防灭火及其他防灭火措施,同时制定了当检测到CO浓度异常时的应急处置措施,保证了工作面安全高效回采。
        No. 43 coal seam of 43202 working face in Yujialiang Coal Mine belongs to spontaneous combustion coal seam of Class II with the shortest spontaneous combustion period of 88 days; during coal mining process, the gob-side entry retaining technology was adopted along transportation side, and the airflow area of the gob was further expanded;aiming at the problem that the spaces between gobs of overlying No. 42 coal seam were small, the relevant parameters during 43202 working face advancing were measured, studied and analyzed by adopting working face gas monitoring and gob air monitoring, fire prevention and extinguishing technology schemes for working face was established, including inert gas injection, grouting, colloid injection, gob leaking stoppage, and the emergency disposal measures for CO concentration abnormal were developed, the measures ensured the safety and high-efficiency mining of working face.
