延边地区流入人口流动影响因素研究

摘要
以延边地区为研究区域,基于因子分析对延边地区流入人口流动影响因素进行研究,并提出关于延边地区流入人口的政策性建议。利用灰色关联度模型研究各项流动人口指标与GDP之间的关联程度,分析影响流入人口流动的主要因素。研究表明:延边地区的流入人口数量庞大,流入人口对于延边地区GDP有很大的影响,但大多数流入人口的社会参与程度低,生存压力较大,针对这一现状,依次提出针对延边地区流入人口的相关政策性建议:加快体制改革,建立高效运行机制;引导社会参与,积极推进融入;改善劳动就业环境,规范用工制度;加大教育培训力度,提升人力资本。
This study took Yanbian area as the research object.It analyzed the influencing factors of the inflow of population in Yanbian area based on factor analysis and proposed relevant policy suggestions for the inflow of population in Yanbian area.The paper used the correlation degree to analyze the connections between the various indicators of the floating population and GDP in GRA in order to analyze the main factors influencing population movements.The study found that there is a large number of inflows in Yanbian area,and the inflow of population had a great impact on the GDP of Yanbian.However,most of the influxes have low involvements of social activities and great living pressures.Above the analysis above,this paper put forward some relevant policy suggestions for the into flow population of Yanbian area :Speeding up the reform of the system,establishing the efficient operation mechanism,guiding social participation and actively promote integration;improve the employment environment and regulate the employment system;strengthen education training and improve human capital.
