摘要
采用离体叶片菌丝块接种法测试了5个一品红(Euphorbia pulcherrima)品种对灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)的抗性,并以含毒介质培养法测定了11种杀菌剂对一品红灰霉病的毒力,盆栽试验研究了4种杀菌剂对一品红灰霉病的防治效果。抗性测定结果表明,SL属于高抗品种,SLW属于中抗品种。室内毒力测定结果表明,氟硅唑、醚菌酯、咯菌腈和吡唑醚菌酯对一品红灰霉菌有较高的活性,其抑制中浓度EC50分别为6.55、9.33、12.77和13.40μg/m L;盆栽结果表明,250 g/L醚菌酯悬浮剂对灰霉病的田间防效最好,防效为83.19%,明显优于其他供试杀菌剂。
        Five cultivars of Euphorbia pulcherrima were used to identify their resistance to Botrytis cinerea,and the toxicities of 11 fungicides and pot experiment on B. cinerea were tested. The disease resistance tests by artificial inoculation in vitro showed that SL was highly resistance cultivars and SLW was moderate resistance cultivars. The results of toxicity showed that the EC50 of flusilazole,kresoxim-methyl, fludioxonil and pyraclostrobin on B. cinerea were 6.55,9.33,12.77,and 13.40 μg/L,respectively. The results of pot experiment indicated that field efficacy of 250 g/L azoxystrobin SC was 83.19% and obviously higher than other tested fungicides.
