摘要
介绍了转臂体的铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了其铸造工艺措施:(1)采用呋喃树脂自硬砂造型,水平分型,一箱2件;(2)采用半封闭式浇注系统,在壁厚比较厚的位置设置了外置冷铁,在另一处热节侧面设置φ70 mm压边冒口,并增设1个出气冒口;(3)采用Q10或Q12生铁,炉料配比为50%生铁+30%废钢+20%回炉料,使用增碳剂调整最终的w(C)量,采用冲入法进行球化处理,在出铁与浇注过程中采取二次孕育处理工艺。生产结果显示:铸件外观平整,无任何目视可见的裂纹、粘砂等铸造缺陷,厚大部位没有出现缩孔、缩松缺陷,磁粉探伤达到3级,射线探伤达到2级,金相组织和力学性能均符合技术要求。
The casting structure and technical requirements of the rotary arm body were introduced. The casting process measures were described in detail:(1)Furan resin self-hardening sand was used in moulding. Choose horizontal type and one box 2 pieces.(2)Semi-closed casting system was used. An external chill iron was installed at a relatively thick wall thickness,a φ70 mm kiss gating riser was installed at the side of another hot section,and an air outlet riser was added.(3)Q10 or Q12 pig iron was used,and the charge ratio was 50% pig iron + 30% scrap steel + 20% return charge,the final w(C) amount was adjusted by using a carburizing agent,and the inoculant was flushed into melt,and post inoculant was performed during the tapping and pouring process. The production results showed that the castings had a smooth appearance without any visible casting defects such as cracks and sticky sand. The thick parts were free of shrinkage porosity and contraction cavities. The magnetic particle inspection reached grade 3,the ray detection reached level 2. The metallographic structure and mechanical properties met the technical requirements.
