摘要
对炭素焙烧炉提高产能的各项措施进行了阐述,详细分析了各项提产措施可能带来的问题和解决办法,总结了其特点及适用条件,并通过列举出的应用实例说明了其可行性及实际效果。实践表明,生产企业根据自身的生产特点,对这些提产措施加以灵活使用,就能达到提高产能、降低成本的目的。
The measures of increasing carbon baking furnace productivity are elaborated in this paper.Firstly,the influencing factors and solutions of the measures are analyzed.And then,the measures' specialties and application conditions are concluded.Through the application examples listed,the feasibility and the practical effect of those measures are illustrated.Practice shows that carbon plants could achieve the purpose of productivity increasing and cost reduction,if they properly apply these measures in accordance with its production features.
