摘要
介绍高纯度橡胶制品专用炭黑(简称高纯度炭黑)YFG501,YFG502和YF503的生产和应用。高纯度炭黑原料油水质量分数应小于0. 005,预热温度较高;高纯度炭黑生产采用新型炭黑反应炉,通过优化反应炉各段直径和长度,采用多级燃烧、多级氧化和单点喷油新工艺等技术,在反应炉中段加入二次氧化剂和三次氧化剂等,制得的高纯度炭黑YFG501,YFG502和YF503粒径分布均匀、聚集体形态完整、粒子表面光滑和多环芳烃含量小,在三元乙丙橡胶和丁腈橡胶中的应用性能达到国外同类产品水平。
        This paper introduced the production and application of specialty carbon black(referred to as high-purity carbon black) YFG501,YFG502 and YF503 for high-purity rubber products. The oil and water content of raw materials should be less than 0. 005,and the preheating temperature was high. The production was carried out by using a new carbon black reaction furnace with optimization on the diameter and length of each section of the reactor. Multi-stage combustion,multi-stage oxidation and single point injection were adopted,and secondary oxidant and third-stage oxidant were added in reaction furnace. The highpurity carbon black YFG501,YFG502 and YF503 had uniform particle size distribution,complete aggregate development,smooth particle surface and low content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The application performance in EPDM and NBR reached the level of similar foreign products.
