采场爆破炮烟扩散规律的Fluent数值模拟

摘要
为研究采场爆破后炮烟的扩散规律,获取通风设计的合理参数,以石人沟铁矿-105水平100号采场为研究对象,运用Fluent软件对采场爆破炮烟扩散进行数值模拟,并与现场实测数据进行对比。结果表明:炮烟扩散规律受风流的影响显著,通风2~60s,炮烟浓度随距工作面距离的增加而减小,通风60~1800s,炮烟浓度分布逐渐向漩涡状转变;通风1800s时,炮烟浓度呈漩涡状分布,并不随通风的情况而改变。模拟结果与实测结果基本一致。
        In order to study the blasting-fume diffusion regularities after blasting in stope and obtain rational parameters for the design of blasting-fume by ventilation,taking No.100 stope of Shirengou Iron Mine as the object of study,the regularities of blasting-fume diffusion in stope after blasting were simulated by FLUENT software.The simulated results were compared with the field measured data.The results showed that the flow field of airflow has a significant effect on the distribution of blasting fume concentration.The concentration of blasting fume tends to decrease with the distance increase from the working face in 2~60s after blasting before being changed to the shape of swirl in 60~1800safter blasting,and becomes the shape of swirl after 1800 s and remains unchanged afterwards.The simulated results are essentially consistent with the measured data.
