摘要
针对我国城市交通采用单点信号控制系统容易造成拥堵的问题,提出采用区域信号协调控制方法对交叉口信号配时进行优化。在分析单点信号控制和区域信号协调控制相关理论的基础上,以兰州市安宁区区域路网为例,分别以两种信号控制方案对路网实际交通流量进行计算,得出路网各交叉口的相位配时。最后,利用VISSIM软件进行实例分析,对两种信号控制方式的配时方案进行仿真,对比分析其交通效益。结果表明:相对于单点信号控制,区域信号协调控制配时方案可以使总行程时间缩短95. 7 s,平均排队长减少2. 4 m,总延误减少82. 7 s,能显著提高城市路网的通行能力,在一定程度上缓解交通拥堵问题。
Aiming at the problems existing in the isolated intersection control system of urban traffic in China, an areawide control method was proposed to optimize the intersection signal timing. Based on analyzing the theory of isolated intersection control and area-wide control, the regional network of Lanzhou Anning District was taken as an example, two kind of signal timing schemes were calculated according to the actual data, and the phases of the corresponding intersection were obtained. Finally, VISSIM was used to analyze the traffic benefits of the two timing schemes. The results show that compared with isolated signal control, the area-wide control can shorten the total travel time by 95. 7 s, reduce the average queue length by 2. 4 m, and decrease the total delay by 82. 7 s. Area-wide control can significantly improve the traffic capacity of road network and alleviate traffic congestion to a certain degree.
