无溶剂环氧管道内减阻涂料的研制

摘要
传统的溶剂型涂料因VOC的排放问题越来越不能满足环保的要求,无溶剂环氧管道内减阻涂料在长距离输气管道内减阻领域的研发应用显得非常迫切。本文结合研究测试结果并从技术的角度探讨了无溶剂环氧内减阻涂料的配方设计思路。通过该配方设计制得的产品完全可以满足API RP 5L2-2002和SY/T6530-2010的要求,并通过了美国和国内第三方认证。
        The traditional solvent-based coatings can't meet the environment requirement gradually due to the VOCs while the solvent-free epoxy coating used for the interior wall of steel pipelines especially in the fields of long-distance gas pipeline transportation has been drawn more and more concern.In this article,the formula design of the solvent-free epoxy friction-reduction coatings is discussed in terms of the technologies based on practical experiment results.The prepared coatings can thoroughly meet the requirements of API RP 5 L2-200 and SY/T 6530-2010,and get the certification conducted by the domestic and USA third parties respectively.
