摘要
目的:探索用于大黄药材干燥的经典烘干工艺的最佳条件。方法:以烘干后大黄总蒽醌含量为指标,采用HPLC法测定5种蒽醌成分(芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚)的含量,采用单因素试验以及正交试验考察烘干温度、烘干时间、"发汗"时间对大黄总蒽醌含量的影响。结果:筛选的烘干工艺的最佳条件为烘干温度60℃、烘干时间15 h、"发汗"时间18 h,大黄总蒽醌的含量为41.2 mg/g。结论:在最佳烘干条件下,大黄总蒽醌含量较高,此法适用于大黄生药材的初加工。
Objective: To explore the optimum conditions of classical drying technology for Rhei Radix et Rhizoma. Methods: Taken the total anthraquinones contents in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma after drying as the index,the contents of five anthraquinone compounds( aloeemodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion) were determined by HPLC. The effects of drying temperature,drying time and"Fahan"( a processing method that moisture transmitted to the surface of drug by piling up) time on total anthraquinones contents of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal test. Results: The optimum conditions of drying technology were as followed:the drying temperature was 60 ℃,the drying time was 15 h,the"Fahan"time was 18 h,and the contents of anthraquinones were 41.2 mg/g.Conclusion: Under the best drying conditions,the total anthraquinones contents of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma are high. This method is suitable for preliminary processing of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.
