低压环境下氟碳表面活性剂的铺展性能

摘要
以环己烷、航空煤油、95#车用汽油为原料,采用3种氟碳表面活性剂分别在94.6、74.1、61.0 kPa的环境低压下开展实验,分析表面活性剂复配液在不同油品上的铺展系数、铺展速度、铺展质量随压力的变化,研究高高原低压环境对表面活性剂铺展性能的影响。研究发现,FC-4、FC-6、FC-8分别在环己烷、航空煤油及95#汽油上的铺展系数、铺展速度和铺展量均随大气压力的下降而下降。高高原低压环境对水成膜泡沫灭火剂(AFFF)具有负面影响。
        Spreading performance of three typical fluorocarbon surfactants on the cyclohexane, aviation kerosene and 95# gasoline were studied at low pressures of 94.6, 74.1 and 61.0 k Pa respectively.The variations of spreading coefficient, spreading speed and spreading quality of surfactant mixture on different oils with pressure were analyzed, and the influence of high plateau and low pressure environment on surfactant spreading performance was researched.The results showed that the spreading coefficient, spreading speed and spreadingquantity of FC-4, FC-6 and FC-8 decreased uniformly with decreasingof ambient pressure.This phenomenon indicated that low pressure of high plateau would have a negative effect on the aqueous film-forming foam extinguishing agent(AFFF).
