摘要
为了在土壤热物性测试过程中精确的进行数据采集和仪器设备自动化智能控制,通过运用LabVIEW的VISA串口通讯技术与互连接口技术及PLC的自由口通讯技术,开发了土壤热物性测控系统。该系统实现了LabVIEW与PLC之间数据实时传输,完成数据采集与设备控制,并快速准确的将试验数据保存到数据库中。测控系统在测试过程的智能反馈控制与远程监控功能保证了系统的稳定运行和精确测量,同时也降低了测试人员的劳动强度,大大的提高了测试效率,对真实的反应地下换热能力具有重要的意义。
A measurement and control system for soil thermal characteristic is designed using the VISA serial communication technology and Internet interface technology of LabVIEW and free port communication technology of PLC. This system can realize the functions of data real-time transmission between LabVIEW and PLC, data collection and equipments control, and quick and accurate storage of the testing data into the database. Through the intelligent feedback control and remote supervision function, this measure and control system can guarantee the stable operation and precise measurement and reduce the testers' labour intensity during the testing as well as improving the testing efficiency greatly, which is of great significance to truly reflect the underground heat transfer capability.
