摘要
采用有限元法研究了基体材质、厚度、涂层结构等因素对Sm2Zr2O7/YSZ-NiCoCrAlY功能梯度涂层热冲击应力的影响。结果表明,涂层表面区域存在较大的冲击热应力,径向热应力远大于轴向应力和剪切应力,而且在所考察的四种金属基体材料中,2Cr13钢对应涂层的热应力最小。随着基体厚度的增加,涂层径向热应力逐渐增大,当厚度超过25mm后,影响可以忽略。随着涂层层数的增加,涂层表面的径向热应力逐渐减小。
        The influence of substrate materials, thickness and coating structure on thermal-shocking stresses in Sm2Zr2O7 / YSZ-NiCoCrAlY functional graded thermal barrier coatings was studied by finite element method. Results show that there exist large thermal stresses in the surface field of the current coating, radial stress is higher than axial and shear stress. The 2Cr13-steel coating has the lowest thermal stress in these coatings. With the increase of substrate thickness, radial stress increases gradually, and the influence of substrate thickness can be ignored if substrate thickness is greater than 25 mm. With the increasing of layer-number, radial stress at surface layer in coating decreased gradually.
